By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any software provided by voidproject.fun, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of our software is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Behavior & Accounts

You agree not to share your account, license key, or the software itself with any third party. Your license is bound to your physical hardware (HWID). Any attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, dump, or maliciously attack our servers or binaries will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.

3. Software "As Is"

We provide the software on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely free of bugs, downtime, or temporary detection. Anti-cheat software constantly updates, and we reserve the right to temporarily disable the software for security maintenance.

At voidproject.fun, we take your privacy and operational security seriously. This section details what data we collect and why.

1. Data Collection

When you register and use our loader, we collect the following limited data endpoints:

• Your Discord ID (if authorized via OAuth).
• Your Hardware ID (HWID) comprising Motherboard, CPU, and Disk serials used exclusively to lock your license.
• Your IP address to defend against DDoS attacks and brute-force attempts.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do NOT have access to your payment information (handled completely via Stripe/Crypto gateways). We do NOT log your keystrokes, personal files, or any activity outside of the loader authentication process.

3. Information Disclosure

We will never sell or share your data to third parties, agencies, or individuals. Any data kept is strictly for authentication and security purposes within the VoidProject network.

We do NOT offer refunds for:

• Your PC not meeting the System Prerequisites (e.g. attempting to run on an incompatible Windows version).
• Receiving a game ban. By using our product, you accept the risks associated with game modifications.
• Change of mind.
• Failure to read the setup documentation explicitly provided.

Exceptions

Partial refunds or time compensations (added days to your license) may be issued solely at administrator's discretion if our software experiences global downtime exceeding 48 hours. If the key has absolutely never been activated, you may contact Support for a situational case check.
